The badge should be rewarded as soon as you reach the end credits (you may need to reach the end credits again if you completed the game before the badge was released). Chrome seems to have a hard time rewarding badges, so if you are using Chrome, give it a couple of minutes for the badge completion event to be received.
Got the "Gotta kill em all badge". No need to buy all the health and mana burst. You just have to complete all the weapons, shields and armors. You need a total of 15800 gold. Good luck!
