good game honestly the bigest flaw it has is that one of the upgrade buttons go offscreen and become unclickable for the constructions on left side of the screen
I'm replaying this a lot as of late. I've even set up my own soundtrack for it. back in 09 I played stage one to Beyond the Bounds now I use a chiptune version for it. XD
today I realized I didn't have the Ultimate Relaxation Badge so I went for it..
On my third try I started in Greenland, they fought me the longest and out lasted Madagascar & Cuba keeping the hospital open to the very end trying to make vaccine after vaccine...till I caused madness anyway.

Well maybe he just likes making his minions suffer after all it's not like he loses anything even if his minions fail.
