1. Travel around, always buying and selling. YOU DO NOT NEED A PARTY AT THIS STAGE. Attempt to flee when necessary, don't surrender.
2. GET A VANGUARD ASAP.
3. I don't know the Buccaneer quests, but the Enforcer ones are easy. Do 'em.
4. Get a full party, and win.

To beat easy:
1. Get the windmill.
2. Buy attack upgrades.
3. Buy everything else available except keep.
4. Save some money
5. Buy keep.
6. Buy transport.
7. Save, save, save.
8. Buy other primary structures.
9. Send out 10 riflemen.
Game Over.
