Too floaty. The guys slide for about a mile before they stop. This type of control is unacceptable for a game that requires so much precision. 2/5 until this is fixed.
Small bug - When you win a level and press the menu button on that screen, you won't have the next level unlocked, but you will still have the coins from the level you just won. This causes you to have to play the level again. Other than that it is pretty solid.
Love the mechanics, although I feel they are repetitive after a while. I like the idea of a skill tree, or perhaps an upgrade system for the army's weapons.
To those of you who never saw the snail:
It means you're too smart. If you catch on quickly enough the snail doesn't appear. (The level is the one where the white wall pushes you away from the cube. Every time you hit the wall the snail moves out from the left side of the screen.)
I don't like how I can only complete the challenges that the game is giving me. I've done a backflip every game, and on the 10th it finally gives me a challenge too. Also, the slow money earning and the constant urging you to buy coins is getting annoying. What is with every game development company turning as money-hungry as EA?
I feel like this could be much better. There needs to be a brake button that doesn't kill you immediately. The wheelies are near impossible to do because you can't accelerate while doing them or you'll fall backwards. The bike doesn't have enough traction, 90% of the time I land I slip backwards because the bike is imbalanced. I honestly like the second one better.
The shoddy control system makes this a 3/5. On some of the levels where you have to move the mouse quickly you often miss because you're worried about clicking the object in time. Perhaps a different button to reverse gravity would fix the problem.
A couple grievances: Let us gather things on the way down. It seriously helps and makes the game just slightly better. Also, the little animations are nice, but they're a little too much. They sort of draw attention away from the gameplay and make you realize that the game isn't as fun as it can be. More of a strategy thing than gameplay: I wish I could invest in higher level coins in the beginning of the game, but they would cost more. It's a great, well-made game, but these things make it a 3/5.
