How does one go about killing the HEAVILY-ARMORED-SPIKEY-THING-THAT-HAS-A-TAIL-AND-CAN-KILL-YOU-WITH-IT?

This game is so fun. I'm lvl 19 at glacier ridge and it is still as interesting as ever :D

The only problem i am having is the quest items drop rate. The pets may have low defense but it is easy to level them up.
