I just did an investment life on a hard reset. Got to lvl 10 leadership, 56 Investment. I thought maybe he could retire at 2.00 happiness a little earlier than leadership. Anyways he has 2.6mil and can't spend it because it's his source of income. He didn't get back to 1.70 happiness until age 125. His income goes up by 1 penny every day. He needs another $900/day to be at 2.00. The world needs leaders, not investors
You can't get to the next stage with Mio if you go beyond Onion Rehydrator in fast food. Then it takes way too long to get to barista for her next stage.
I've lived about 30 lives on this game now. I've been doing hard resets and trying to maximize their happiness on their first life. I thought they'd be a loser, but they move out with their friends at 19, and on their own at 22. They don't have to save up for college, so they can spend money on housing. They don't have to learn anything technical, so they can afford to spend 7 hours a day doing whatever they want. You can be a Junior Developer at 22 if you go straight for it, and make about 25% more at 60. Leadership is the only useful stat for this guy. I got Getting Stuff Done to lvl 10 for the boost, but they don't feel comfortable with the extra time, so they actually only save 4 minutes a day. I almost feel guilty about all the other lives.
"You can get wisdom or money"
"Wisdom sounds like the wise idea"
*Gives wisdom*
"I should have taken the money!"
Great game 10/10
I think that there'd be a completely valid tycoon-type game based on the Wizard, where you try to get souls in order to make more monsters to get more souls.
