There is a glitch when someone sends something via wl and you add that person shorty afterwards. The item will never be received and is just lost. Happened multiple times.
Dear Rootpew, you replied to my last comment where I suggested having an anonymous gameplay mode aswell as higher tiers. Now theres's T8, T9, T10 added as high stakes (anonymous) mode, unfortunately though in my opinion it does not make the game more compelling (to me at least). It seems now everyone just skips through T1 to T7 to enter high stakes by always splitting. Having Karma on top of showing whetever you've stolen before seems to encourage splitting even more than before. In high stakes now you can identify people by their appearance. I'd reallly wished for a truly anonymous (high stakes) mode that's independent of achieving a certain Tier. I see you added a lot to the game though and see where you are going which I can understand. Good luck with it anyway!
Imo the game should be anonymous until both locked in. So make the characters hooded while chatting and only reveal when checking who wins. Players usin blacklists etc. contradicts the games core.
There's a new game mode currently in development which allows for higher stakes, and anonymous play :) It may not make it into the May 3rd update - but it won't be too long after.
Tried it, got to T7 once, didn't enjoy it much.
I see no point in knowing if the opponent did steal before, everyone just splits right away. Also, why should it not be possible to revert your decision after locking in. This game is about communication. If one just locks in right away, there's no point in the opponent persuading to change or rethink the decision.
Imo it should not be displayed if someone already locked in and it should be revertable.
I rate this a cool concept/idea (5/5) but not so good implemenation (2.5/5).
Published Jan 2019 it states but this is an old game republished. My experience was the following. The game starts off with a tutorial which is on full auto. While I was searching for a way do reframe or unwindow the game, so that it does not cut off 20% of the top or bottom screen (adding a scroll bar) the tutorial auto played my new character to chat sequences and fights. When I finally arrived in the city and had the option to play in full screen, I had to click through another tutorial first. Once in full screen the game turned black as soon as I exited to windowed mode again.
All in all a crappy experience.
Get the golden gun, always press d, shoot whenever atmo is not reached anymore on apogee, detonate nuclear bombs in between. This way you'll get to 2mil feet before your ammo runs out. Get lucky for a refill and reach 3mil feet and more.
Apart from the Pay to Play part, so more suggestions for the devs: When on the battlefield and enemy troops are visible (pre or in battle) - Make their stats known! Are we supposed to infer what troops we are fighting just from their looks?
I would probably rate this game 4 or 5 stars - if it wasn't such a pushing cash grab. I just started and some of the first quests require you to already spend money on it, there's 5 obstrusive SALEs on my screen to buy stuff for Kong Kreds and it looks like progress is heavily cash dependant. Apart from that there's a bunch of bugs and it is really laggy. Could be a great game though. - 3/5
I really like the card and match mechanics, also the Starter Decks are pretty well choosen imo BUT...
There is such a Lack of Content to make this interesting and worthwhile. If you go for Gauntlets, you end up playing one or two each day maybe. Ranked matches quickly become dry and tedious after you think you hit your top rank within a month. There's hardy any reason to keep going (except maybe 15 Gold each 3 wins (that is 60 games with 30 wins to get a gauntlet ticket).
There is the occassionaly Boss Fight. But apart from that, there's no real reason to stick with the game and experimenting with various builds except doing the daily quests. Have a look at Nightbanes for some inspiration here.
I initially rated this game 5/5 because I really like the match mechanics and card balance. After playing for some time I give it 3.5/5.
