Does this game save?

I liked it, but I didn't quite get the end. Why did the other diver become evil? Why does he try to kill you? THE MYSTERYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

How do I control to pick up fish? I usually randomly get them after I have pretty much killed them, but I want to keep them intact.

Wait after all my time playing this I forgot, does this game save AT ALL? Or is there some secretive hidden super weird save button so I can use the new game with stats button?

This is an awesoem game especially after you've collected everything and just pwn EVERYTHING
