I wish there was a layer view where you could see to what threshold an item was performing.
Lets say you have a mid game reactor, you have only so many upgrade points, you have reflectors and cooling and heat pumps and exchangers, you look at those upgrade points and realize that if you upgrade your reflectors, or maybe the potency of your fuel, your surrounding vents or exchangers might go kaplow!
Layer Idea:
->Capacity layer (Colour gradient of red, or Red to Green, based on REMAINING capacity (=Current use / capacity) of any vent, exchanger, outlet, inlet.
->Waste heat (Graduation of red, where the item producing the most waste heat becomes the 100%)
Scored a nice 33165. Its a good game, anyone who played with lego might enjoy it for a while. I will agree with xplode though, it isn't much of a cognitive challenge. Only one level stumped me for a while.
Meticulous planning, amazing play through and experience. the map legend moves out of the way when you travel towards it. This game is so well planned and executed its astonishing, With some upgraded graphics and an extended Story line, I would buy and play this game for ever. I might even by kreds just to support you in this effort!
A+, seriously well done. You and your dev team deserve kudos.
Great game for a first try! Some very smooth graphics and lots of subtle character animations. Sure there is room for improvement, but you definitely have the fundamentals.
This game was made on a solid concept for addicting flash games. With a couple tweaks to the standard upgrade system, this game was interesting for about 10 minutes. Good job.
So the first couple puzzles mean nothing and you will eventually get to really hard to read questions with terrible messages written with MS paint. I would give this person credit for making buttons and all the hard work that went into the progression screens and redo screens, but this game -if it can be called that- does not fit on Kongregate.
My hints: Get a second repair guy first, and then get up to 8 light shooters. They are your guys that you move from place to place with the #1 key. You can only fit 10 dudes in 1 space, otherwise youd get a full 18 light guns.--------------- Next, get 1 machine gun, since that really covers your whole base vs fliers. Then, you need 1 Heavy Gunner, and Id put 1 at each location. However, you MUST have 1 by day 8 or so because otherwise the Carriers are impossible to hit. Since Heavies have minimum range, they will not shoot the spawning crap, and instead will hit the actual Carrier. This is a good thing. -------- So, 8 mobile lights, 2 repair, 2 machine gun, 2 turret (catty corner), and 4 heavy rockets, 1 at each location.---------------- If you need to repair, keep ONE baddie alive at the end of the round. Then let your repairmen do their thing. A level 2 can outrepair 1 bug. The rest is profit and they level up that way. KEEP THIS COMMENT ALIVE!
How to beat 6000 feet : First, buy and max all. Then fly with a air resistance of 3%(so that you gain altitude, up, not down). Use your rocket till' u are at 200 in "speed". When u sink to 175, use your rockets and get back up to 200, repeat till' you run out of fuel, then let it glide.. PLEASE KEEP THIS COMMENT ALIVE!!!
Its true!
Very interesting game, Good physics, and the building element is neat. The builder needs Points or a grid to make the building easier, a zoom feature would also help.
