I lost my green coins after the blue coins quest was completed...

The game is completely broken with the easter stuff. Can't deal damage, can't see ads, can't upgrade anything...

Rebirth doesn't work here, nothing happens when I hold R and click the rebirth button.

You can kinda "go infinite" using market + double or nothing if your odds are over 63%. Use the market to "stock" 50% of your money, then play DoN, sell your stock, then start again. The growth is exponential and is really much faster when your odds progress! At 67% you'd gain 60% every twelve cycles; at 75% you'd gain 380% every twelve cycles!

The game by Ben Lowry has been open-sourced 15 days ago. Can't you read two lines on the main screen ? He asked you not to upload the game here.

The map is hilarious, but I don't know why there's a big rock in Atlantic Ocean.
