the game is bugged, i can't receive any offline gains. Every time i log in, it lists the amounts, but never actually puts them into my resources to use.
The fact that you nonchalantly say there are holes is a HUGE problem!! If you have holes it is because you did not implement your API's securely,.... which means our user data is in possible danger depending on what you collect. Not a minor issue.

Thanks for the comment! We hold promotions in which you can get the blazon of the king for free. Also, a blazon can be obtained for free from a merchant with a fixed chance. It can be bought from a merchant for crystals too.
I just found after 70 merchants my first blazon... it was for 5 THOUSANDS diamonds... LOL such crooks. Oh and the little trick to get 5* ratings.... noone i have talked to has received a hero for that. SUCH CROOKS!!!
Hi, as per the description, your files will only be loaded if the game detects that you have lost all your saves (e.g. all the save slots are empty). Currently, there is no formal button to load the cloud save on another computer as its initial purpose was meant to prevent players from losing their save files rather than to allow syncing between multiple computers. That however, will be supported in the future (by adding a formal Load from Cloud button and hopefully an interface to show what is on the cloud before you decide to load and override the files on your computer), hope you understand and sorry for the inconvenience.
I'm a little tired of completing maps successfully and then having it say the connection is lost... While still taking my hope and friend usage away... this is literally the only kong game that has "server connection" issues that I have played.
Sorry, not a vast amount we can do about external internet connectivity. The exent of our powers is making sure the servers are up and running, which they are 99% of the time. :(
