The glitch to get higher ammo for the hunting rifle works with any two weapons. As long as one is automatic, you can mash space. After the ammo jumps to zero and you reload, switch to the other weapon, it's usually got the full clip of the weapon you switched from. You can use the UMP 45 and the .357 and get a 25 round revolver, then a 25 round shotgun, and then you get the chainsaw. After you have the chainsaw and the hunting rifle, put all available points to finding weapons, there is a Barret .50 cal rifle you can get. (The earliest I've gotten it is wave 16) It's amazing.
