Got it in 67 days. Though it's frustrating and very luck dependent. Everything was infected by day 19, and once that happened I just laid on the very lethal symptoms to speed things up.

Wonderfully pleasant game. Music is quite relaxing, and just a nice way to unwind. No memorizing combos, or moves or whatnot, just move the mouse. If only all games could be as fun as this in it's utmost simplicity.
