I TAKE BACK MY WORDS,it is toggleable if you go to the settings then to the mouse settings,just disable the "Scrollwheel"
i hate the zoom update,its good sometimes but it just f'ed up my game and i had to refresh the page

If you get lost, you can spam the camera hotkey ([Z] by default) to reset the camera.
