Protip for the hard badge : the laser will keep up with you the faster you go and it does not slow down so the best way to outsmart the laser is to deliberately not rush through the level and go slower, you will get much farther than you would mashing the escape key and getting that jump boost. The laser follows you off-screen if you go fast and then when you hit a hard part it catches up but it doesn't slow down so you end up more screwed. Take your time it pays off.

A more involved battle, I want to kill some zombies too!
Maybe a controlled main character, so if you take the towns founder on a mission or defence, you can actually shoot at some zombies.
Weapons, upgrades for people, etc.
Overall, Awesome Game I'd love to see what else you can do with this!
Superb Game, great attention to detail, but you should fix the browser scrolling issue and the dialog gets in the way of the games view, maybe smooth out the controls a bit, I seem to leap when I don't want to. other than that, awesome game, 5/5
