WHY DOES A MACHETE HAVE A RELOAD TIME? And god, that there's a cooldown period of sorts when switching weapons is obnoxious and greatly increases the difficulty. I see a zombie group approaching while I'm shooting other zombies, switch to my molotov. GUESS I BETTER WAIT A FEW MOMENTS BEFORE I THROW THIS DANG THING. >:-( And the second boss is irritating as hell. He throws up a zombie regen, behind a zombie horde. GREAT. Then spits on my car while I'm trying to shoot at it because AS WE'VE ESTABLISHED, I CAN'T THROW for some reason. And if I DO switch to my secondary, then I have to switch back, and wait AGAIN for my gun to decide to start shooting. And there's another zombie horde. God help me if he spits in that span of time, or it's a Zombie Regen behind a Blocker. He one time made Zombie Regen, Then Zombie speed up so a runner started soaking up bullets while the blockers moved in, then spit on my car. game is fun at the start, but good god does it grind to a halt.
The part that bothers me is that the Hit Box is rather poorly designed, for both enemies and the player. I've shot lasers at the enemy that's passed through them with no damage, and I've taken missiles where I SHOULD be in their splash damage range and not gotten hit at all. And other times, I've been moving and stepped into a bullet that I thought was going to miss. The movement being controlled by mouse, paired with how quickly the money disappears, really puts me in a tough spot as a player, especially early on when money is the most important.
The time required for jobs has just ramped up quite dramatically. my available jobs require time blocks of 3, 4, 3, 5, 5, 16 and 20. I'm pretty sure I cannot possibly take last those and still do things like have hobbies and go on dates @_@;; And the hobbies are taking a surprisingly long time now, and I'm at a x6 multiplier. If the Dev could get the time things sorted out, that'd greatly improve the experience
I dislike that there's nothing I can actually do to reduce the threat level of people robbing me while I sleep. So every day, there's more and more likelihood of being mugged, which means I'm essentially going into every day with 3 archeologists and a very expensive security guard armed with a flashlight. I also found out the hard way that there's no reason to have a balanced individual, and if someone doesn't have 5 stars in something (Mostly strength), they're not useless, but it's handicapping yourself for no reason.
My only regret with this game is that I can't give it fewer stars. I was doing well, but the infuriating level design on level 17 has literally eaten all 20 of my energy points because I am stuck constantly reshuffling my opening draws. Over and over and over and over again. Sometimes my 3 are in the middle of the board, where they don't do anything, other times, they're juuuuust far enough away that I can't actually blow up the plank of wood keeping everything held up.
I loved that voice acting XD
And it seems like things would've gone a lot better if Green Rabbit just asked to live there. Bear seems like a pretty chill person.
With the lag, the game is unplayable. My character is running well past enemies, and unable to aim, jump and shoot in a timely manner, which keeps getting me killed. Lag time is up to 3-4 seconds at some points
I think the best strategy for most modes is to have everyone be a tank, and play a mage. Set everyone to defend on just your platform (which should be on the middle-ish on one end of the field) and just throw Hadokens until the enemy either tries to run at you (in which case your heavy units pound them) or the fireballs kill them at a distance. on Capture the Flag, same thing, except you want to be a scout with maxed speed.
What the hell is wrong with my shotgun?
I have ammo loaded, but apparently it refuses to fire for no reason. I just caught two zombie shotgun blasts to the chest while I was waiting for my shotgun to decide to shoot, before decided that it was easier to bludgeon them to death with it.
It's seriously annoying that every time I lose family members, I'm also losing more and more land. It's turning the area I reserved for Forests so I can chop some dang wood into a massive funeral pit.
Pay isn't high enough for the things in game early on, which is a major turn off. And if you gamble to get more, then you take it in the soccer balls in regards to the coach and the fans. And then there's the issue of not having full energy after a game, so I don't even have the energy to train my character, much less play a full game at a normal work rate without buying energy drinks.
But I don't make enough to buy energy drinks. And if I gamble to get money to buy energy drinks, my boss becomes enraged. But if I have no energy, then I can't play and my boss becomes enraged. < This seems to be a very circular problem.
That's the story of civilisation.
