To get the all swan flock avoid getting homing beacon (causes big pick-up radius, making you get strays by accident) and rabbit's foot (increases stray spawn rate.) After I got every other achievement, I reset upgrades and bought everything but those two and got it really easily.
Even though Ron has poor stats in wheelies, I consider him the best for wheely achievements, since you can get him on his back wheels as soon as the race begins, allowing you to have a smooth, flat surface to get a wheely going.
For 60 I used Energy homers, BFG, and slowtime. Use BFG when he is in his weak state when he doesn't move, but if you use it at too close of a range, it does less damage. Use slow time when he's flying all over the place, shooting at you. When he flys around, he shoots in a pattern, so you kinda have to learn where to weave in and out. Otherwise, just use homers.
