I think you should do this.
1 Server - Language Insert
2 Server - English
3 Server - Chinese
4 Server - Insert another languages here,
One language should merge together, while the other chinese merge with other chinese server, and other spanish merge with other spanish server.
Then im sure there will be alot of stuff to do and helping peoples :)
I turned to level 30 in 1 day wow xD I just started in 1st day and reached to level 30 before logging off...
Anyway, my account got data reseted dang it
