liked this game a lot, as I love roguelikes. Varied backgrounds, enemies, and gear were excellent, music was good, and the graphics were about as complex as I'd like to see for a game like this. A few comments: Challenge - I didn't die once; only for the first 30 floors or so was it challenging to stay alive, and that was more hoping to find potions than the game being hard. I know luck is a huge aspect of roguelikes, but I think it could be improved. Magic - I didn't use a spell the entire game besides healing. There's no time to do so when I don't think a single battle lasted more than five rounds. Most were over in 3, Elemental defense - why give equipment elem. defense levels higher than 100 if they're just going to be capped? Inventory - selling things was tedious, instant selling via shift-clicking should be allowed. Another alternative would be assigning a junk category that auto-sells. Ending - boss was way too weak, and the game just hangs after killing him? Disappointing.

Considering this is the developers first attempt at flash gaming I think this had been an outstanding display of how to make a simple yet effective gaming development work. While it's not perfect, you have to support and congratulate him on an outstanding effort and no doubt we will see more fantastic games from this upcoming developer star in the making. 5/5 !
