PwnBlock, what kind of disease type you used and was it on realistic or relaxed?

Been trying to get everything killed but havent yet succeeded. Tried about dozen of times with multiple tactics and best i got was everything else killed but madagascar. Still a good game, but would like to get everyone killed.
