I didn't pick up on any quest. I just made my way to each blinking city. If the goal was to clear all the roads (even though it seemed that they made themselves go up from green once per turn, which seems to make clearing them impossible)), that should have been made more obvious.
Its an ok game. Ending did suck, and being attacked on blue circles also didn't make much sense to me. Would have been nice to be able to get the ability to get the last 4 castle bosses in the randomizer. Also, once you clear an area all the monsters from there should be added to a global randomizer.
There is a glitch with the Operative. If he goes stealth while inside a state that is controlled other people can walk in the controlled state next to the Operative which will glitch out the game and freeze the timer at 0
To everyone that rated low because its a game that has a political theme, maybe you should actually try playing the game and not rating it just for its theme.
To the Dev's of the game: Do you think you could make the game on a bigger scale? Kinda like this idea but make it countries and armies instead of staff. You could use our president as the USA leader, and have 8 or so people in your "army" maybe 4 different types of soldiers. Love the game it just ends a bit too soon and I haven't lost a game yet with 2axe 1fund (strong combo when you protect your healer and take states fast).
