Pretty solid game for a gamejam submission. Unfortunately, the yetis' hit boxes get muddled when they end up in a large group together. The walls and towers are largely useless as the yetis are always moving and you have to stand still to build anything. Maybe instead of towers and walls you should have more powerful snow strikes instead?
Anyway, good effort and keep it up.
So far, your game is excelling in creating frustration. Landing on the same spot multiple times sending my car back to the same spot multiple times? Hiding the fact that you can change your car's wheels to counter the snow and ice? Then, having to sit around and wait for new moves unless you pay money for more moves?
Next time you try to nickel and dime people out of their money, make sure your game mechanics and the enjoyment level of your game is HIGH.
Hey, all. If you're having trouble with the badge (because the game is opening in a new window), most of the badges are tied to in-game achievements. So, when you are successful, take a screenshot and then email support about missing badge. You won't get it right away, but you will get it.
Pretty awesome level and game design. You make it easy to learn by seeing and then play by doing. I will admit that you made my fingers ache in a few levels, but this is an extremely good platformer. One of the best on this site, IMO.
I have no idea what some of you are talking about when you say this is well made. First of all, pressing "M" to open the automap is good, but having to click it closed sucks. Especially since you shoot whatever weapon you currently have equipped. An idea obviously not correctly implemented. Go ahead and try to close it by pressing "M" again. It doesn't work.
And I've counted 4 uzis in the level so far (only went through about half of it) and twice as many locked doors. Oh yeah, and only 3 keys. I don't know if that's on purpose or randomly generated. If it's the first, that's just stupid. If it's the second, it could use some work. And how about converting those weapon pick ups to just ammo if you already have one. There's a thought.
