On the note of the similarity of the player and the creeper, what about making the creeper playable in the upcoming game? Theres already the whole underlying cover the map idea when playing as Odin city, so I'm sure with some ingenuity you could make playing as the creeper possible, infact, when I saw the intro of this I thought it was a setup of playing as a villian protagonist (the creeper), until the whole 'you are the force stopping him' thing. I just like the whole slowly covering the map and destroying everything in your wake thing, which is why I enjoy this game so much, I suppose.
