Think there is something wrong with battles in this game. I can not attack anyone that is 15 levels or more below mine. But there are people who can and they hold top positions and really farm others, do not know if anyone else experiences this?
The range you can attack depends on your level. Higher levels have a wider range as there are fewer players at those levels.
