if you look at the highscores of people who got to the restaurant compared to the highest jump highscores you can figure out that the restaurant is about 1800m up.
60 is so easy now that I know how lol. for 58 I used lightning, BFG, and short shield. just avoid the fast planes mostly and shoot the BFG into the portal things when they open
