It's a fun little game, and the UI is gorgeous while having very few flaws. Sadly, the difficulty of the puzzles is mild at best-larger grids do not make for a harder puzzle, especially when you stop using all the complexity.
I can't help but feel everyone complaining about the pulsing, jiggling controls are completely missing the point...that it's -supposed- to be distracting. Otherwise, it'd be a rather boring 'dodge the wall' game, rather than one that emulates the feel of a rave...
You would think the humans would be more concerned, but no. They have reason not to be. They see this hideous worm-like thing, and they see raccoons clawing the heck out of it, turtles snapping at it, birds pecking it...is it any wonder that the worms go for tender, defenseless human-meat every time? They expect their forest friends to -protect- them, the gullible fools!
I laughed! I dawwww'd. And at the end, I cry. So many try to create a close attachment in their games, between two characters that just seem to fall flat. Somehow, with a minimum of dialogue, a simple song, and beautifully 'crayon-drawn' artwork, you've managed to make me feel more for Screech than I ever did for so many other characters. JonesKyratzes, I salute you. You've inspired me to work harder than ever to make something that can match the pure emotion I felt in this short game.
Excellent game, I have to say! Although I have to admit, seeing some of the handpicked levels from the other games makes some of the dailies seem a little lack-luster. Still, definitely a 4.5/5, if only because of the level design feeling a little...same-y every day.
