A bit easy in terms of difficulty and somehow, something was missing from the overall picture. Still, a very solid game with a great idea and a very refreshing change from all those time-eating-and-boring idle games. Thoroughly enjoyable game. 4/5
A great game. There are a few things that could've been done better IMHO (more variability in training quests, less stereotype, higher difficulty, more functions of home), but still a game better than most. 4/5.
It can be seen that the texts are all written with great love. I really like how deep it is - I can almost feel the people saying those sentences, imagine them. Very rare, the one of you who writes is VERY talented. Continue please, I'm eager to play more!
And Caos strikes yet again. Keep it up, was pretty fun. Adventures/interactive fiction is NOT dead by any means! Thanks to developers like you guys. Go go go, gamers stand by you.
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. I like Noir, and the atmosphere was great even with the fantasy setting, which is not common. Please do more games from the same "universe", I would even be willing to pay for longer games from Mavropolis. It's all just a matter of Caos anyway.
Thank you very much! :D Your words really mean a lot to us! We are trying our best and we hope you will also like all the games we are going to release in the future! :) And who know... maybe Mr. Gilbert and the dark city of Mavropolis could return in a new adventure! :D
I must say I'm very positively surprised. Storywriting is good, atmosphere feels great, as does the music. Also, your responding on just about every comment is probably the best developer feedback I've seen in a very looooong while. Keep up the good work, I really WANT to know how the story unravels in the next episodes, which is good, doesn't happen often.
Also, I'm quite pleasantly surprised that the Little Ancient doesn't feel overpowered at all when playing :)
All in all - 5/5 and keep it up, keep doing such games guys. You can get far!
Thank you very much!
Your words are truly wonderful!
We're doing our best to release a good game - it's our first game (or should we count every chapter as a game on its own? D: ) and we REALLY want to go on, improving ourself every day, to become a GREAT development studio!
About the Little Ancient thing, yes, we didn't want an overpowered main character; writing Gilbert's nature, we took inspiration by Humphrey Bogart's classic performances.
And about the answering thing, well, we think that a game is good ONLY IF the players feel it that way, so to actively interact with the audience is a key factor to us, to understand how to costantly improve ourselves!
The fourth episode, anyway, will be released ASAP - we're working on it right now! Stay tuned and keep having fun!
fatigue system, clear P2W, extremely stupid dialogues and monologues, moreover mostly without interpunction, which makes them barely readable. The dice system is a very good idea (although i don't know if stolen or not), but everything else about this game is just wrong. Fun for a few minutes, but that's it. 6/10 for idea, 0/10 for execution.
*_* WHY do you want us to cry like babies? <3 WE'LL KEEP ON FIGHTING FOR WHAT IS RIGHT! POWER OF LOVE!
