Three seconds in game takes about 10.1 seconds irl
Sometimes some assets will still be loading in and it can throw off the cast timer for a bit. It should revert back to normal once this is complete, but please let me know if it still doesn't.

there should be something that you can select a plant and it atimaticly plants that plant as soon as a plot is ready
