Pro tip: If you don't have auto-paddle and want to buy upgrades without losing your current score multiplier, hold the left/right key so that the paddle holds the ball while you buy your upgrades.
Oh. My. Gawd. I remember really liking the Epic Battle Fantasy serie before. And now, not only is it back after so many years, it's also available in japanese?! Totally awesome!
With the new update, instead of bosses being able to shoot you as they fall down, they can now dodge your bullet and shoot you before the next one hits. So there's still an RNG problem where I can die even though I still one-shot the boss and have maxed out shooting speed.
I've also lost a huge amount of gems from pressing that Claim button, which had no way to take it out. I'd say I've lost half of what I had already invested in artifacts, and my auto-rebirth now finishes 600 waves earlier than it did before
Is the Torchlight broken? I understand buying one would reduce the amount of kills required to move area from 10 to 7, and up to 1 kill only after 3 Torchlights, but even after buying 3, I still need 10 kills to move to the next area
The wording is a bit confusing. Torchlight reduce kill per area by 3 up until area [3x torchlight owned]. So with 3 torchlight, you only need 7 kills until area 9. It's cheap... and weak. No, it doesn't reduce kill to 1, that'll be OP.
Alright. I had reached Infinity sub-atomic particles. And then I paid Infinity for one of Balls. Now I have NaN sub-atomic particles, mass-destroying NaN% balls, and unable to purchase anything anymore. I think I've completed (broken) the game.
The icons don't often make sense. I'd expect Crab related items to have a crab in the icon, but instead I see fish icons. Also, it would be nice if the icons were ordered so that similar items were in the same column. I always had to hover and read the descriptions to make sure I was activating the right items.
@Gku99: There's a Help button in the top-left corner that explains more in details certain stats, including Lucky. Basically, when you have the Lucky effect, the Proce rate checks twice. If you have 50% Crit rate, but fail it, it will roll the 50% Crit rate again, for an effective success rate of 75% during Lucky.
@NormaTheNorman: A tip said that "avoiding" a hit with Precise counts as a hit, so that essentially makes Quick Feet and Sword Dance 100% useless. However, I see quite a few advantages by that meaning: 100% chance to get a Nimble stack on opponent's turn, opponent never builds up Tracking, and Berserk`s Proc chance is not reduced by dodge rate.
There will soon be upgrades for accuracy and dodging, meaning that as you get better and better, the RNG gets lower and lower
