just to try to balance (instead of a pay(10 buck) to get best card easily) i suggest that wen you get all card fully upgrade of common, uncommon and scarce that category get lock...
in the snail hill some kind of upgrade will be nice, a way to make the odd beater in the slot,... the hat shoe have some kind of advantage wen you have them on...
