Running and swimming are the longest to train so i would suggest choosing athletic duck who is good at both (plus running is the most common part of the races)
Tip: all enemies aim for the "centre" of your bubble tank, if you put all your guns as far away to the top or bottom as you can stay still and all the bullets will miss you (note does not work for homing bullets so you still gotta shoot them)
