jr take a screenshot (ctrl prntscr will copy the image to ur clipboard just paste it into paint or word) of u being level 6 in game then take a screenshot of ur missing badge. Then i would email kongreagte.
Sorkk i agree that there is something strange in the amount of processing power that this game takes after a while and I do agree that quite a few of these problems did start to happen after the Ag version came out, but if you know anything the armor games version it *runs separately* from the Kong version.
