Have you considered adding a magic stat that deals damage to the whole enemy group? Obviously it would scale slower than compared to damage but you get my drift.
Have you considered adding a 'days to achieve next level' for the research and jobs? It'd be nice to see how long each level would take at the current rate.
Can we please have some additional information on the current total output of energy per tick, current heat venting and intake per tick? I find myself accidentally going over when upgrading because I don't know what the real values for those are. I doubt a nuclear reactor would not have that sort of information readily available.
