Save restores say "successful" but aren't. Game starts with a brand new party, even with several different codes from various versions of the game. The loooooooong lag in-between fights is excessive. I can actually reload the entire game in a new window as fast as I can move from the victory screen to the talent tree. Something isn't right. Will try back in an another month. Best of luck.

Eh, maybe not on the Izki / Noxious Gust thing. Healer and hunter just up and exploded fighting one of his summons. I have no idea what's going on with that boss. Very polarized boss. He's either a complete joke or absolutely slaughters the party.

2.2k Izki is frequently one shotting party members, including the tank. Sometimes several party members at once. Difficulty level doesn't seem to matter. I can't figure out what is causing it exactly, but it's something to do with Noxious Gust. Sometimes Noxious Gust doesn't do anything. Sometimes it kills everybody. If there's some specific game mechanic at work there, it needs to be explained. If it's a bug, please look into it =) Also, still totally unable to get down Insane Grunzar or Normal Sargaris. It's like the stronger my party gets the more healing I do an therefore the more healing they absorb. It's a catch 22. If there's some very specific build needed, I'd suggest modifying them a bit. Unless of course this was intended to be a puzzle game. Otherwise, the update is very nice. Thanks for adding some idle party progress =)

As of 2.1j, EXP seems to have been buffed notably. Still grindy, but much better. Thank you. Also, despite a level 45 party, maxed out gear, and a few ascensions, insane Grunzar and normal Sargaris remain quite undefeatable. That may need some tweaking. Alternatively, maybe there should be something middle ground between the soul and bio quarters to move the notably tougher Bio monsters down the list.

Well, blew up my auto-saved game somehow =/. It's still in development, so no harm I suppose, but might work on multiple save game slots or something for backup saves. Anyway, the game is overall enjoyable and I certainly hope to see more updates. The two biggest issues I have right now are 1) total grindfest. I was running a level 41 group and its' taking way too long to get another level. It was something like two days at ~8 hours a day to get from 39 to 40. This isn't an mmorpg, come on. 2) I ascended that level 41 group with ~300k gold. That was completely not worth it. Not even close. Not even in the ballpark of sort-of-kind-of long term acceptable. All the artifacts gone save one that is trivially upgraded. Got bumped back to level 27 for a half of a percent damage boost.. Ascension benefits need to be increased. Otherwise, nice job. I anxiously await some new bossess to fight.

Maybe it's the randomizer. Maybe the prebuilt decks are sub-par. Maybe I'm cursed. More than 20 games; every game is the same. Either I or the computer absolutely can not draw cards. Get all structures and no ships, all ships and no structures, or incompatible structures and ships. It was a landslide victory one way or the other. Somethings wrong. This wasn't a problem for me in HD Xyth other than the occasional fluke. Also, the other decks obviously exist. Why are they not available to the player? Maybe they should be unlockable once you defeat them?

Finished the play through, or as much of it as I can. The difficulty curve for this game isn't setup well. It starts out easy, then gets absolutely insane, then becomes super easy again. After getting a lot of relics, all levels can be polarized into either insanely easy or insanely hard. There isn't a middle ground in the last act. The bonus act was the same way. Still, I largely had fun. Two of the challenge levels I couldn't get through. Both in the bonus act, levels 1 and 5. I might eventually get lucky enough to stumble through level 1, but level 5's challenge is absolutely impossible. I'd pay money to see it done. Hell, I did pay money. Otherwise, a fairly good game.

You need to make the popups stop after the first viewing. It's obvious grinding is the only way to get anywhere in this game. Still, I have to CONSTANTLY click through popups every time I start a level and frequently in the middle of one. It's outright annoying.

I'm guessing something in the java/unity/whatever this is physics calculations has changed. I'm duplicating walkthrough bridges on level 8 and just the weight of the guys is breaking the bridge. It's not even close. Anyway, was fun up till then. It needs updating now.

As a person who typically enjoys idle games, the grind needed to get anywhere in this is insane. At this point, I can't even go back to earlier dungeons to grind more 'cause I can't get mana to cast my "upgraded" spells. Good idea. Bad execution & play testing. 1/5

Finally got totally stuck at "danger 10". So, my options at this point are: clear cookies and start over picking hopefully better weapons OR grind for a few days to afford a complete ship redesign in hopes I can out DPS race the boss. Bad play testing.

Hard mode is blind luck. I seriously spend well over half the turns throwing away cards, waiting for resources to build. During that time, the opponent always has cards to destroy my resources, making it take even longer. Challenge is one thing, but this is "pull the arm and hope the wheels come up 7 7 7". I can't endorse something that hasn't been properly play tested.

I enjoyed this for a day or so, but the higher level players are impossibly difficult. Shot off five rails with a plant? Repeatedly? Better than I am. Otherwise, fair game. I didn't encounter any of the bugs previously mentioned by others.

After completing 4 to 5 maps, I became completely unable to progress further despite three hours of effort. I realized it would be several more hours, possibly days, of grinding before another map would be completable. No thanks.
