It would be nice to have increments higher than 1M in the Runesmith other than MAX. Especially once you're getting blood at 1B/sec It's only a tiny gripe though of an otherwise killer idle game :D
Day 4: Finished the badges (You know, the whole reason for coming here) within the first few hours or so. Somehow I'm still here playing exclusively on endless. Up to level 200. My life has become forfeit to this game. Send help.
I can't say I've ever hated apples more than I do now. On a side note, I can't say I've ever really wanted to kick a star this much either.
Great game all together.
Heh.. That ghoul sounded awfully a lot like a hydralisk when I hit it ;D Great work though. This needs to be continued for certain. I hope you find a way to progress.
So.. there should be an impossible badge for this. Beat level 3-X at 1.5 or something. Also- there should be an option to set the speed from the beginning after you beat the game. Playing through at higher tempo would probably help with practice to beat the faster 3-X's.
Thirdly- I wish it would save my progress in the 3-X advancement D:
So.. Boss fight 1 threw me WAY OFF. I loved it and wasn't expecting it in the least. So of course, I went to the comments to view other's opinions when I discovered the double speed button...
A glint of insanity flickered in my eye as I attempted the first boss immediately after on double speed. I was not disappointed.
Haha glad it did! Something I often wonder is whether the effect of throwing you off would have been less if we polished up the earlier levels more. Like, should we intentionally keep it scrappy looking in order to make the 'woaah' effect work better? Or try and keep that standard throughout the earlier levels too - I've been planning to remake the tutorial to be more lively but having second thoughts on that. Lmk if you have thoughts!
Need more D: and to simplify Sculder's coding...
private var versionTwo:Boolean;
if (versionTwo) {
excitedDance();
} else {
cry();
} //lol.. looks like I'll be crying for a while.
"Oh, this complex machine has so many cogs, how about I just kick it till all the important looking ones fall off and it should work fine!"
Oh how I love the portrayal of a child's immagination in this :D
