OH! The anchors you pick up from chests and enemy drops are like hearts, and add to your health. I've been playing this for about five days, on and off, and just figured that out.
Isaac Newton's probably rolling in his grave over the impact mod. I'm not complaining, though, because it's an indispensable help for putting the enemies in theirs.
You should be able to use the gold for something else. I got energy to max fairly early in the game, and then the money just kept piling up with no use for it.
I'm entomophobic and I thought the first level was awesome and that this was a great idea. Then, came the second level, and I felt them crawling all over me. D:
Pleasepleasepleaseplease have an option to make enemy bullets red or yellow or some color so that I can actually tell them apart from my bullets and the background and dodge them. Making my bullets a slightly darker shade of the same color is like trying to fend off a mugger with a drawing of a pistol. It's on the right track, but it's just not enough.
The background's pretty and everything, but I can't see the enemy bullets to dodge them. It would be nice to be able to toggle it off. Also, Dingo, there is too a mute button.
I would like to be able to see into the anthill and kinda plan it out or something. Also please add a magnifying glass and other bugs for the ants to fight/eat.
I'll just say now that I think this is a good game, and apparently I would rather play it than start working on an art project that I actually want to do, but it is a bit hard to get into. I feel that everything was a bit unclear at the start. The cards themselves, what the stats meant. Also, why can't I see the stats of any summons in my summoning bar? The deck editor and bazaar were also a bit confusing, and it took me a little while to figure them out. And of course, the CPU doesn't abide by the rules, gold far outweighs the importance of other resources, and the battles are a bit repetitive. I've only been playing for probably an hour total, and I'm already starting to get bored. Also at the beginning, I didn't realize that the battles were timed, and I could lose if I waited to long. Aside from these issues, I still enjoyed the game for a while.
