Yes, but it can be pretty hard to get them to survive. In smaller worlds, they will often eat most other species and then die out themselves. You need to breed anims for high aggro (Ag) gene. The higher it is, the more carnivorous and less omnivorous/vegetarian they will be. Carnivorous animatroids can be fun to watch, especially if they are high metabo (Me) and high lego (Le). They will also eat zombs!

YES! I was thinking about a metal-detector (that would also detect anything buried) Maybe I'll try and include it in the next batch of updates...

YES! Definitely. The next update will have more buildable walls and floors, and and more behaviors for zombs! I'm currently also working on the Steam release, so I'm multitasking these. Oh, also coming soon: achievements and learnable recipes! And more beverages and maybe... Well, I plan on adding things to this game forever. - Markus

I can see some similarities for sure, but we concepted the idea before we even knew about huniepop. I played it recently and it's a really cool game, I would love to see more like it happening in North America.
