Just a complaint about wording: the Swordmens Fatigue From War is described to be converted to Perseverance. Then it says all Happiness AND Perseverance will be saved. This made me think the couple billion Happiness I had lined up would be saved along the perseverance. It was not!
Bug: Character runs really fast in opposite direction of mouse. Save and loading of character made character "disappear" unable to interact.
Items: Scarab, Buster and Clock
Fix by restarting with different character
I absolutely love the 3D radar mode and the target locking/lead indicator.
I agree with fellow posters: story mode, missions/achievements and an upgrade or even a class system would add value to the game!
I seriously recommend using close combat weapons - beginning with the one sided axe, when full skill (dmg) upgrade. It's like using a windscreen wiper for enemies! Especially when you have some armor, health and speed (for getting close).
Apart from that, only buying health potions the first 10 levels really did help!
To the game: It's annoying, that you can't swap items with one click, but have to do it manually!
Sometimes, the mannequin stops moving when hit, or weapons are changed etc.
The layout of the inventory looks like some cheap html overlaying graphic...
But apart from that, a nice game ;)
Nice game! Two suggestions:
It would be nice, if you could disable certain weapons from spawning, so you don't get spammed with lvl1 close-range stuff.
Also, it would be great if you could "stack" pick ups. For instance pick up two weapons, when the 1st is depleted, you automatically switch to 2nd and can pick up a new secondary. Something like that.
The "Buy one more bullet" for 1000 button is A LIE! Well, not really, but it only extends the current game for one bullet. You don't get a general extra bullet...
@Vests "Dasnd, are you retarded or something? It's on the campaign..."
First of all, thank you for your kind words, you seem like a true Gentleman!
Secondly, you're advice was correct (although admins say, the map does switch servers from time to time).
The problem for me was, I tried to find the map through the map search function (that would've been clever, wouldn't it?!). Unfortunately ONE CANNOT FIND the correct map - It's New York! by Stevedx20 - through the search function. Haha!
So you actually have to find a server, where the above mentioned map, by the correct author is stored under the campaign section.
Upvote to help others with this problem, thx :)
How in God's name are you supposed to achieve the New York Minute Badge, if there are 20 billion maps named it's new york and the only one, that is accurately named "It's New York" with the qoutation marks and the 1:15 minute/bakers dozen description is in some way flawed (you can't jump over the first obstacle; but you can drop to the finish line instantly by going left...)
Someone explain this please :/
Darnit! I thought I had to punch the arabian numbers from the cod into the enigma machine (112358), when you actually have to translate the alien code from the display into arabian numbers using the cod (and your brain), and then enter the result into the enigmatendo to free King Elvis.. hope I could help everyone as stupid as me!
Maybe it's just me, but I thought this was a 'if you're not ready in time, you lose and have to start from scratch' game, when in fact, you can just replay each event until you're strong enough...
Maybe a little info box at the first league match, that you can repeat the leagues would be nice.
Otherwise, very fun, balanced, and lovely made game! <3
Shortkeys for effects/bombs/penguin would be nice. People who value 100% mouse control can ignore or disable the shortkeys ;)
Apart from that, fun game and well balanced (regardless of wall-AI).
A summary bar (eg at the bottom) which lists the last actions of each player would be nice, so you can review the effects that have taken place. With all the random stuff from Aether going so quick it's often hard to see what effect actually happened.
i guess "buy one more shot" w'd have been less misleading. added to the list.
