I like it, but the fuel consumption for boosters never seems to decrease regardless of the bonuses / equipment.

What does "Learning" do? Its an attribute on items. I assume it is "Skill Gain" but there is no mention of it in the Library.

Extending the range of the range boosting towers does not affect towers that get added to its footprint. Also, towers affected by the damage boosting towers don't show a damage increase. Good game though!
