To clarify, are you asking for a button that would allow you to reset to the start of your current prestige? Please PM me if this is what you are asking for or leave as we could consider adding one. For now you can sell your buildings with the bulldozer to get some resources back and clear out your town.
EDIT: I believe this may have referred to asking how to prestige. To prestige, build the plunko board and add population to it.
