The asteroids are squares because unfortunately when I was making the game I was still in the early learning stages - this being my first major project that didn't take an hour to throw together - and didn't know how to program various things, one of course being irregular shape hit tests. Updating the look of the asteroids, although beneficial, would be quite a tedious task since what's done is done, and efforts would be better spent on fresh projects. Feel free to offer suggestions and I will try to upload new versions regularly.

This could have easily been a much better game by being a chain reaction game.
