i just seen a glitch from the update, Carrier rack. Let me explain, when u use carrier rack, it was suppose to slow down the wave rate by 20 percent from hangar. the point is, hangar rate isnt touch, and the only thing affected is ur overall ship production, that mean if u use 4 carrier rack, u will av 80 percent less miner production, medium and caps, but the speed rate of hangar carrier isnt affected at all.

outlazz is right, oe3 av too much op player that not allowing the noob one to play multiplayer, wich was the real fun of oe3.. plus since the lack ov new game these month oe4 would av a huge amount of player when it will come out
plus, we can add costumisation and tech to our ship.. may this will happen by no refund upgrade token wich is segnificiantly effective but is one use only. or it could be the same as oe3 and av mod on them but we could change some stuff, may mod aply to certain part of the ship when we upgrade it ex: pirana whit engiine mod and canon mod vs pirana shield mod , ammo mod and fire rate mod.that mean wich mod are aplied too part of the ship in question and be able to put a tech in it,( hangart, cannon, secondary turret, armor, engine, cannon mod, ammo tech,etc.) also, the base may get 4 empty slot, to get what we want just like in oe3 and like this we can ad ur idea Ian.
so we got an idea, now i believe the way we could make this happen is adding a new huv to the menu, may this will work if we convert the grey box menu by this sort of menu i just found on the net, no need to be exacly the same, it only to show u what i mean.. look on the video to see http://warcommander.wikia.com/wiki/File:WORK_SHOP_Inventory .
idk about oe4, sure oe3 was fun but i believe this most av something new, not only a 3d version but new mode, new ship( otherwise i wont play this anymore) new way to gather stuff, etc.. Cwallis is currently working on this so the sooner we got the idea, the more chance we av to build rigt the new game. Ty cwallis for this awesome game
