This game has good potential, but now it lacks features. You just sail here and there and buy/sell things. Without some kind of missions/property manaement/marine combat it become boring after 5 minutes of play.
Also buying/selling is awkward. Most time I want to buy/sell max, but I click buy->max->confirm to do the simple thing.
Please put a formula for faith>favor conversion in the help section. Or any other tip to clarify how much favor you will get soon (like 'gather 54k more faith for +1.2 favor').

if it helps.
After winning the game with Enchanter, Storm mage and Ranger I was tempted to try melee character. I thought it will be hard to survive when you have to move to your enemies, but then I went warrior, it was unbelievable! With good weapon you oneshot your enemies, shield block and axe helps you to clear swarms fast. My HP was about 120 to the end of the game, I had 20+ protection and finding Flash Freeze spell spelled doom to my foes. One of the easiest run in this game!
I love how RF3 introduced variable damage. Now you should rely on your tactics skill rather than simple arithmetic, and take into account that sometimes you can deal less damage!
Awesome game! Which refers to my favorite DCSS!
Tried to win with Strom mage (like em since Rogue Fable II because of water crits, but died in Yendor halls because I run out of food and rushed to the gobblet) And then I took Enchanter! This class is purely devastating!
Cloud save is awful. I lost several hours of active play after I went offline. Game always says that it saved progress a few seconds ago, and I also overwrite for sure when going offline.
It is very disappointing.
IMO fire mage needs some buff. He is lack of crowd control (electric stun, poison cloud), fireball have wierd area of effect, OOF is slow, uncontrollable and enemies dodge it with ease.
Also I have something to report: 1. When player use skill to kill enemy and level up in the same turn, first you get level, next your MP is reduced by the skill mana cost. I believe it should go in reverse order. 2. I don't know is it a bug, but ice bombssometimes deal huge damage to stunned enemies out of LOS. 50 is common damage, and I hit 100 once.
Hi everybody! First, I want to thank Justin Wang and all contributors (if any) for this great game. I love how user-friendly interface meets roguelike style here, creating great game with awesome replayability. I grew up on DCSS and really apreciate that aspects of the game. I have some questions/proposals which (I think) can make this game better.
1. Why do this game use euclidian distances for projectiles and LOS? Most (not slow) enemies move diagonally and along the grid with the same speed, so it is wise to approach your enemies via different ways if you are a ranged combatant or a melee fighter.
2. Why LOS and tiles you can hit are so different? This forces players to bear in mind all that obstacle mechanic and learning whether you can shoot around the corners and statues or not.
Game crashed when I tried to shift (or ctrl) click a stask of darts in my inventory while trading. It would be nice to have an option to sell whole stack.
Will look into the crash. Stack selling would be nice, I was trying to avoid having additional buttons on the interface but ctrl/shift click sounds like a good, standardized way to handle that. Thanks!
Does it happen all the time for you or only sometimes?
