My only complaints are the scroll function and the timer. The scroll function should be controlled by the keyboard, as going down to the abilities bar causes the screen to scroll down. Also, the timer doesn't stop when you complete the level, but only when the screen fades. It should stop right away once you've hacked the mainframe.
