I love this game! I would love it even more if it didn't reset every time I clear the browsing history. x.x Oh well..call it a daily challenge to see how far I can get xD
For all the hate and bad reports and comments on this game, I am shocked to find the game quite pleasant to play. I barely have any issues with loading as so many seem to complain of. Now I play at work, maybe that has something to do with it, maybe the loading would be different on my home PC, but for the time being, no loading issues. I see several people complaining of pay to play or pay to win, I see no evidence of this though like many free games there is always that option to enhance your gameplay at some point with real money. Again, this is not an issue for me because I am perfectly enjoying the game as it is. The gold income is a little slow, and I am having a heck of a time keeping wheat and flour around, but that is the fun part, trying to manage a growing city. I happen to like this game a great deal more than The Settlers online and for the small amount of time I have to play I do enjoy the game.
I really like this game, there are a few things I wish were different, having to pay actual money to move houses for one. I do understand having premium services, but I hope the devs will reconsider this one. Tearing down and rebuilding yes works, but it is much less frustrating to have to pay resources or gold to move the houses. Maybe even just for the first 10-15 levels? Just a thought. Another thing that might be nice would be adding a way to decrease the amount of time it takes the houses to produce taxes. I completely understand not wanting to ruin the game with excessive amounts of gold, no need to make it too easy. But maybe a way to research or something to pull that time down. I am not saying instant taxes by any means but again it is just a little frustrating. Maybe even just for the first 10 levels or so.
