First off...the game is boring (and requires no thought on your part), second, while I appreciate the intent, the message they're getting across isn't really what they're going for though: "upgrade your homes to be 'green' and you get to pay way more taxes! woohoo!"
This game is an excellent example of how "improved" graphics can really ruin a perfectly good game. While the visuals are pretty, they make it significantly more difficult to analyze the cards appropriately, the overhead involved in 3d rendering significantly slows down the gameplay, and I can't count how many times I clicked on the "deck" rather than the lone card that moved next to the waste pile. Good effort, but 2/5

FWIW, the game is reporting the completion of the special mission just fine...it's the kong server that doesn't seem to be handling the report. I have a dream that they're just queuing up over there until the server gets its act together, but I'm not going to hold my breath
