P2W aside, I really didn't like this game. Waaay to many randomized modifiers that made almost any strategizing impossible. I like CCGs, but this was nothing other than playing your best cards and crossing your fingers. No fun for me.
Okay, so I'm not seeing any comments on this -- Does anyone know what the manual.doc, help.pdf, and motd.bin codes are at the beginning? (after you login as brucedayton). You don't need them to progress, but they must say something.
Question: I know how to save the game to my computer, but I don't want to do that every time. How does the game determine when to autosave? I've lost some hero upgrades / boss defeats because I closed out right after. Does it save every 5/10/20 min? Please help.
Good game. As others have mentioned some things could be better balanced. I just did a 500+ mph launch that took me 500k+ feet without using my rocket once. The weird thing is you could literally keep going for ever with the fuel regeneration rates. One amazing thing about this game, though--you can stop bouncing!!! Every other launch game I have played, you have to trundle along at super slow speeds at the end of every single launch. Thank you!
Umm...WASD option? I really like the idea of the game, but running toward your enemies when you clicked wrong is no fun at all. Anyone else with me on this?
Keeping elchupanibre's comment alive -> "Please vote for Dillo Hills 2 in the 'best of 2013 thread'. If it wins a place it will significantly boost interest in the game on Kongregate :D http://www.kongregate.com/forums/1-kongregate/topics/376929-official-best-of-2013-quest-voting-thread." Voting ends Friday!
You know you're in trouble when the instructions end with "do not panic." That was not an easy badge. Don't mind the idea of throwing you into something crazy, but this was a little much...
If the money collection was a little easier, I would say really good game. As is, spending every moment trying to get the mouse to pick up tiny eggs was less than fantastic :/
Something seems unbalanced when you upgrade everything...then accumulate another 84 commander points playing through the rest of the fuel of war campaign :)
Thank you for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed! :)
