why does the gamer takes 3mins to upload every time we get kicked out of the game and why doesnt the game doesntask to allowed more memory when we login
im quitting ty for the fun everyone but this update goes in the opposite way from my pleasure of playing it in the past 5 months and i predict your gonna lose more players then your gonna gain with those update ... from a free players with 37 years gaming experience

Please check again the "Updates" section of the game where you will find that we reverted some of the new conditions and made it even easier now than before. what deck i dislike well lets talk about the ruby tour first rnd you play water deck, about 2/5 of the deck is fire 1/5 is stones and 2/5 is dragon. if you dont pick any dragons then youll mostly be in trouble ... only few fire are playable in first rnd without evolutions and thats for the easy round 1. i wont comment about all deck cuz i dont recall all of them some i havnt played in age since i got the leg already and now they are useless to play but all of them have useless cards in it then its a luck of draw challenge.
are you ignoring my comments cuz i was overwhelming or because you know im right and your wrong or are you still testing as i suggest you in my comments or does your support is just slacking and your already done with this game . for my part ill only do easy tourney up from now for tyhe daily ill stop waitting gold just to claim daily 50hp+ ... but remember less gaming = less fun = ppl quitting this game and im probably not alone in this case
oh btw were talking about hard tournament not easy one's just remember you put a daily quest were we need to get 50hp + on an hard tournament ... just let me know who many tourney you finish with over 50 hp+ on a 10 basis tourney in both ruby and tempest and how many you won in each of them. then look how much gold you waste just for that and then youll be able to judge by yourself and see the real truth about it. And yes its really frustrating sry about that frustration but i dont think you knopw of what your talking about!!!!
Hi Delek, you are right, we have lately been discussing about getting rid of this one from the Daily Quests so it's a little easier for you guys to complete the whole Daily cycle. These changes won't nevertheless, be in the expansion for the next update. We will have to wait until the next patch (shouldn't be late) to see them. Thanks for your comments.
just to say ruby doesnt give any leg but might give an epic card ... i just played 2 ruby hard tournament and since i only get fire cards i end first rnd with less then 60 hp ... if you think thats fair win ratio well maybe you should try the experience yourself
Hey devs. im just wondering about the next update. do you have to wait that long to input everything at once ? The game is dying right now if i was you i would put any update ready asap before everyone quit. cuz its getting a little boring. Anyways youll have to fix bugs on the new update, most certainly there will be some . Best regard and about the raid bug its cause of the refresh of daily or raid (when the week end) doesnt work properly when you dont logout . I forgot wich one it was . I wont try to find out since it would penalise me again

i mean the solo raid i think or the gran raid .. i used all my tickets and could not claim it yesterday. So i didnt bothered to get all the daily quests cuz of that bug

well by pause i meant in pvp you have to wait 30 second before to see your cards and thats for every turns ... what does the game need to upload/download that necessary for the pvp run properlly ? ive play about 50 tcg and i never saw a game need to delay/pause the game to show cards in your deck ... its funny you dont have that delay on map or raid but every turns in pvp ... this make pvp really unpleasant to play... games could take 3-5 mins instead of 10-15
Oh I see what you mean now Delek, I didn't knwo you meant "PvP" matches, I thought you were talking about the 0.5-1 second pause between turns. On PvP, you have to wait because it's turn based, basically you are waiting for the opponent to make their move, as soon as the move is done and sent, it's then received in your device and replayed for you. Hi Delek, if you see a pause from time to time in the match is mainly because the game is downloading the assets from the next hand. It should happen always when releasing new builds (since the game needs to make sure it's downloading the latest version of the card) or when you are about to see a card that has never been seen in the game before. By doing this we allow playing the game right away from the start without having to download a whole bunch of assets in the first place. Hope this clarifies that for you! Thanks for playing!
mega sizar seally is too OP it need to be taking out of pvp or cost 2 ap to play. the combo with that card is unstopable anyone with that card can think they are any good but ... without it Boo!!

Idk why but the game is trying to reload the page or reconnect every 2 sec even on main page before i enter the game. But its not doing that on other Kong page. Any idea what may cause that bug/lag ? i did close browser many time its not going any better and i dont need update and since im not even in the game yet i doubt any cache files or anything can change it

i think you might got me wrong on the AH token i did not say i would not like to buy any. But you need token to buy, to sell and to bid on a fighting auction. 2$ for 5 tokens. i means if i want to gamble ill go in a casino. If i bid on a card and have to fight for it how many auction token will i have to use and at what price will that card cost me. But after that do i really want to pay 2$ to sell a card that im not even sure it will get sell? Its too expensif for me to want to buy any token you need to rethink about either the price or the amount of token. Then ppl will want to buy them
i totally understand you want to make money over it and i have no problem with that. But do ppl really buy auction tokens ? Personally i can tell you thats not how youll get the mpney out of my wallet. You did got me with the 3rd deck. Thats a nice way till it stay cheap buying more ppl will buy them. Thats 1 of the biggest problem with programmers they want to make cash over games but they have no clue what ppl would spend on. No offend meant btw i love that game very nice build up
Hi Delek, I'm afraid we can not discuss about the game monetization over here, it's just fine if you don't/won't spend tokens on the Auction House, not all In Game purchases were designed for all players (I wish it though, we could afford having a solid team that way), we try to adapt every purchasable product to each different feature of the game (and not the other way around), everyone to his own taste. is there still dev carring about this game ? It's getting really boring no new contents, no events, no improvements. Am i suppose to keep grindding shipwreck final boss forever ?
another point yesterday i've tried to pvp i waitted few times about 300 sec and could not get a match at all. But there was many players in kong chat saying that they were in pvp. my pvp score is about 1400 so i guess im avg and i should not have any of those problem. Could you have more bots or do as they dont lose ranking. Well i think you do have some of those lol. Like after 60-120 sec you get automaticly match with a bot
Hi Delek, we have been tweaking the parameters for the matchmaking and statistics say it's working much better now than it was before. On the other hand, we are still monitoring it and will keep working on it until it's suitable for every player, unfortunately due to the low player database sometimes you just won't be matched with anybody, otherwise we would have to match you with a player with way lower/higher rank than yours and would be unfair.
