The concept is good, but doesn't really play it on much past initial teleporting. The enemies just having no limit on their instant kill laser (doesn't shoot anything?) makes for a frustrating experience, as some levels the laser will just pop-up from off-screen and kill you. There appears to be basic issues with the physics such as the camera not centering on your character after a teleport only sometimes, causing confusion and often leads to leaping into a pit you never intended on leaping into, and your character and enemies getting stuck on corners. The "boss" consists of an enemy that you hit once to kill him, with an attack that takes time to reach you, making him easier than the normal enemies. In all, the concept is good, but the execution made this game hard to like and frustrating.
Heavily bugged regarding class selection. I now cannot choose certain classes due to it believing I have said class in my party. I do not, and cannot change as a result.
This has the worst designed boss battle on this website in my opinion. It's terrible design to give the boss an ability that prevents you from fighting him without limitation. How this game managed to even get a hard badge for beating it is beyond me. Clearly the designer did not sit down and test the final boss. Completely ruined this already flawed game.
Step 1: Push the scientist out through a slight collision bug.
Step 2: Make the door close and allow yourself to shoot again.
Step 3: Knife the scientist in the back, game's over.
Sorry about double posting, but after you know about the levels, the difficulty goes way down. It's just a "once you know..." sort of thing. 132 deaths on 2nd attempt confirms this.
A world created, so vivid and bright; corrupted eventually, stained black with night. With jacket and hat, and baton at his hand, his melodies and playing, they cleansed the land. Yet the internal struggle, of our hero so true, overpowered this dream, and weaker he grew. Was it real, or all just a dream? As he gets closer to his conclusion, his world comes apart at the seams. He snaps; attacks his peers, knowing he's at his end, yet regrets nothing, for they were his friends. --- (This poem I made from a game. Try to guess what it is!)
7925.....wow. I mostly remembered the classics....good times. So many memories of getting mad and giving up...then coming back years later and finding out there was a simple solution to what seemed like years ago the toughest puzzle ever.
