You know what'd be lovely? If the menus would work in Chrome. I can open the menu, sure enough. But the game crashes the moment I try to close it. Which, in the context of a game where mistakes can easily happen, is rather a bugger, what with save feature being unusable and all. Works fine in Mozilla, sure, but still.
Good grief Vas, for real? I get the humour, but did you really have to sprinkle it with THAT much political BS? 3/5. Given how much fun it was otherwise, I really wish to hell and back I could rate it higher than that.
Oh, and btw. If you intend to keep the swarming part, do away with the cardinal sin of there being no crowd control, at least. Zombies get slowed down by hails of bullets about as much as a tank would. Zombies=/=tanks. For real.
Ok so. A lot of potential here, and a shitton of room for improvement. Very solid gameplay and mechanics, good music, graphics exactly adequate for the purpose, though no better than that. Shit atmosphere. You're supposed to be the hunter, but the game completely fails to encourage offensive tactics. Levels designed like traps or mazes. Makes one feel like it's a zombie survival. Which it is supposedly not. Also, swarming. It sucks. And the whole starting over from the start thing. There's a reason why the save function is present in almost every game. This might one day become something good. But, lotsa work ahead.
Ok, seriously, timed debates? This isn't supposed to be some kind of show, the time restriction makes no sense at all. There's challenge, and then there's senseless distraction. In a game series like Medieval Cop, this is really disappointing. 4/5, and please, never do that again.
OK, I think you have a problem. Namely, one only needs to invest into sellers in order to gain net worth/sec. Aside from a purely logical question of where the profits come from if the sellers have nothing to sell (assuming no buyers/builders), it also means massive potential for abuse as people can just buy influence and gain monstrous profits by retiring. A lot of learning to be done, yet.
Very raw, unpolished. I started playing not more than 2 hours ago. Essentiallt finished the game. More income than I know what to do with. Needs more content, badly. Aslo, at this point I'm tempted to call "same old".
I'm beginning to think it wise to be able to convers resources into cash. I can attain the former in copious quantities, but cash only seems to come from missions, in other words there's a limited amount of money that can be made throughout the game. This doesn't appear prudent.
Okay, so I set up a gas burner, a Generator 2 next to it and 3 boilers next to the Generator. The capacity of the generator was 153600, and boilers sold 25200 each. Somehow, the generator and the gas burner exploded and the boilers did nothing. Bug?
Oh, also, I don't seem to need any force investments at all. Like, I literally have zero of them, and force isn't proving to be an impeding factor at all.
It's only a blind guess, but are you sure the land investments are working right? I've recet once with some 55 trillion truth, invested it and now can barely buy anything at all. The prices grow at such rate as would imply a severe land deficit - which is simply not true.
I've added an exponential component to individual investments in addition to the penalty created by land pressure, so you'll see the "elbow," even if you have a lot of land, when you try to create an huge number of some kind of investment.
Hmm, it seems that I'm unable to demolish my Titanic data processors for some reason. I've gotten rid of the Ang-something generators, and the demolish button by the TDP reads 'demolish to 0' but the circle next to it won't light up. Bug?
Can we please have the formulas posted on the wiki? It's a bit too hard right now to figure out what I'd be better off increasing to connect/include the next system. Even if the formulas are temporary.
So here's what happened: I assigned a provost king to Local Group Trade Alliances, then tried to recall him to court. It didn't work, and all my incomes froze. I've exported the code before refreshing, but it was broken still. The auto back-up didn't help either, loading a square one game.
Please send me your exported game. When you say you tried to recall him and it didn't work, I need more info to reproduce them. There's a UI bug - which I will fix - that makes the drop-down not reset. Are you staying you tried to recall them and they didn't show up as recalled in the personnel tab?
I think it'd be nice to be able to invest truths no only into wealth gains, but also into science, force, joy etc. I mean, if I get to learn how to increase my income by billions of times then by all accounts the same should be true of all other resources.
With 152 quattuordecillion AI's and busynesses at maximum levels, I'll be leaving the game - and computer - for a week. Expecting to see Phase 2 when I return. And with it, rabid tons of cold hard cash. Mother Fortune, wish me luck!
There seems to be a new "bug", sorta. Lasers no longer have a minimum damage. Medium laser used to always 1 hit kill pirates in the first map, which is no longer the case. Would really like that fixed. Thanks in advance.
A lot has been updated and changed in version 3.0. The game should not be so quickly to be finished now.
